What constitutes as living expenses?

Im trying to figure out how to get some money to cover my bills while going to school full time. for the PLUS loan, it states that it can be used for living expenses. im wondering what exactly counts as %26quot;living expenses%26quot;.

Rent, food, gas/electric, phone ... the things you generally need for living.

Your necessities....electric, gas, rent, phone, car payment, insurances, water (if you pay separate) credit card payments, child support (if applicable) other student loans, mortgage (if you have one) average food expense, child care, fuel for your car.

Basically, anything that you pay on a regular and consistent basis.

rent, food, travel cost/expenses, utilities, etc. I am not sure if they allow things like cell phone, cable, etc because those are NOT considered necessary. Anything you MUST have to attend school is counted..car gas, clothes, (basic), insurance on car, ...I don%26#039;t think they can really control how you spend it but here%26#039;s my story. I had a car that I was using to go to school and it played out. I bought another car (8 years old) and the school had a fit...That was wasting money...How was I supposed to get to school...they didn%26#039;t care...GL and don%26#039;t worry too much about it.
